Orders will be dispatched within 10 business days. Once dispatched, orders to Canada and the US usually arrive within 13 business days. Cancellations are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, a replacement or refund will be offered if photo proof of the damaged item is provided. Please contact Vena Carr Illustration if you have any problems with your order.
