Note About Preorders: A preorder is an order placed for a product before it is officially released or available for immediate delivery. It lets you reserve the item in advance to guarantee availability when it launches.

Colours on your screen may differ from the real-life product.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying duties, customs, or any other fees that may apply to their packages.

Shop Policies

Shipping:

Orders will be dispatched within 10 business days. We are shipping only to Canada, the continental USA, Central America, and Asia. Please note that customers may be responsible for paying import duties or taxes before receiving their items All items are shipped via Canada Post. Once dispatched, orders to Canada and the US usually arrive within 13 business days. The projected arrival time for international orders is 6-14 business days but it may vary based on your location. All standard shipping is untracked and the arrival times are not guaranteed, but customers in Canada and the US may select a tracked shipping upgrade at checkout.


Holiday Shipping Delays:

If we are away on holiday at the time your order is placed, it may take us longer than 10 business days to dispatch your items. Please always check the announcement banner highlighted at the top of our website. Currently, any orders placed after December 14 2025 will not be shipped until mid-early January 2026.


Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Refunds and cancellations:

Cancellations are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, a replacement or refund will be offered if photo proof of the damaged item is provided. Please contact Vena Carr Illustration if you have any problems with your order.
