Note About Preorders: A preorder is an order placed for a product before it is officially released or available for immediate delivery. It lets you reserve the item in advance to guarantee availability when it launches. If your order also includes other non-preorder items, those items will be shipped in advance.

Colours on your screen may differ from the real-life product.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying duties, customs, or any other fees that may apply to their packages.

Shop Policies

Shipping:

Orders will be dispatched within 10 business days. We ship to Canada, the continental USA, the United Kingdom, Central America, and Asia. Please note that customers may be responsible for paying import duties or taxes before receiving their items.

All items are shipped via Canada Post. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 13 business days. All standard shipping is untracked and the arrival times are not guaranteed, but customers in Canada may select a tracked shipping upgrade at checkout.

In the event of a Canada Post strike, orders may be temporarily held and will be shipped once mail service resumes.


Holiday Shipping Delays:

Vacations and holidays may interfere with dispatch times. Any shipping delays will be noted in the announcement banner highlighted at the top of the website.


Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. If you are ordering from the UK, please note we do not charge VAT at checkout. You will be responsible for paying VAT when your order enters your country. If you are ordering from the USA, tariffs are included in the shipping price and are paid for before your order is dispatched.


Refunds and cancellations:

Cancellations are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, a replacement or refund will be offered if photo proof of the damaged item is provided. Please contact Vena Carr Illustration if you have any problems with your order.
